Submitted as a suggestion by one of my viewers, I knew next to nothing about it before we started. I went in expecting to experience an interesting story from an isometric perspective. Licensed games don’t do well for me. It can be good, but in the past, especially with Disney, I’ve often had the feeling that the name of the game is more important than the quality. From intentionally heavy levels like in The Lion King, which were just meant to keep sales going, to games like Peter Pan, which were just plain weak all around, it’s been there. Today we’re talking about the first game that really broke this trend for me: Ratatouille for the PS2.
